Device is online but can't ssh into it?

Hello,

I can not ssh into one of our devices. The dashboard says it’s online, I see logs coming in, our application runs normally.

But, when I try to log in I get:

$> balena ssh 5b81763b4ab8523c8f2844ea2758ce71
error: host error:
Connection to ssh.balena-devices.com closed.

I tried rebooting the device, but that didn’t help. Any Idea what could be causing this behavior?
