I’m not sure what you mean by connect the Fin to a Debian OS desktop (or Raspbian as per the topic title). If you just mean how to install it, we have a version of Raspbian available for the Fin here: https://github.com/balena-os/pi-gen/releases
If you mean connect as in via SSH or VNC or similar, then this would be the same as any other computer, the Fin is no different in that regard. For example if you’re using Raspbian you can still enable SSH by adding an empty file called ssh to the boot partition.
