Clone ESXi USB to a new USB

Hi, I am a macOS user and I recently setup a homelab using ESXi 6.7 on a 32GB usb bootable drive. I have been attempting to clone it and then confirm the clone by booting. Recommendations? I followed the following guide (which is very good except for this one thing) and failed: Windows Method

@RyanM I always had good results using disk utility on macOS to clone drives. If that doesn’t work there are some good tools in bootable form that will do the trick, for example Clonezilla or Acronis.
