OK, so i had an SSD die on me, it took my windows with it, so I have a Brick right now, I have a OLD chromebook that I can get Belena to download onto with the .deb, im tyring to install kali linux, using it to flash a USB, it only detects my OS? Is there a workaround? If not How can i fix my brick from this OS?
Just to clarify, you’ve installed balenaEtcher on an old Chromebook and you’re trying to use it to flash Kali Linux onto an inserted USB stick, but ChromeOS is not seeing the stick?
If your SSD on the other computer died, are you planning to flash a replacement SSD/HDD or the same one?
