I have been using my device in local mode for a while, and that has been working great.
But now I cannot turn it off again.

Hi, Looks like we are having a bug on the dashboard, thanks for the feedback.
While we fix this, you can still enable/disable local mode to your device using the Balena CLI:
balena device local-mode YOUR_DEVICE_UUID --enable or --disable
