Can see logs, but can't connect

Hi, I have a device in a state that I’ve never encountered before - that is, the device shows connected, and indeed the logs are updating, but neither “restart” or “reboot” work, and I can’t get a terminal. Could this be my first encounter with blocked ports, perhaps? Thanks, -brad (device name is autumn-surf, I’ve enabled support access on it).

Hi @bbargen, can you post the dashboard URL of the device (we can’t access it based on the name)?

Just a quick note to say we’d love to get to the bottom of this, but literally cannot because device names - much like human names - are not unique.
