My desktop is Windows 10 Pro 64bit with an 8th generation Intel motherboard. I am unable to create a USB ISO with Etcher version 1.4.9-x64. Uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times but the error is the same.
The error message is about three times longer than what what’s in the image, but to select text and copy is blocked in message window
