Hey there,
Just wanted to share a case project done for those setting up an indoor LoRa Gateway for The Things Network with a balenaFin.
The case is open underneath to improve air circulation and also the heatsink is open, for the same reason (it gets pretty hot!).

You could add some vent slots top and bottom and maybe a wall mount back plate too?

I could add a vent hole on top of the processor, along with a possible fan mount.
I will also add the mounting points in the bottom.
