BalenaDash RPI4 Kiosk use HDMI -> Kiosk Service not starting anymore

Hello,

I have setup an RPI4 with BalenaDash and I wanted to use the HDMI of my monitor instead of the 7" screen. So I used BALENA_HOST_CONFIG_hdmi_force_hotplug = 1 . The monitor didnt show the kiosk and the RPI screen turned into only showing the balena boot logo. So I removed this again and now the kiosk won’t start anymore stopping. Logs are not displayed anymore only, if I press the download button. What might be the problem?

Solved by deleting the device formatting.

I am having the same issue with the dashboard at the moment.
the logo is the only thing showing, the kiosk is not showing on the screen at all, even though the service says Running.

what do you mean by deleting the device formatting?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with balenaDash. I’m trying to replicate what both of you saw on a Pi4. Out of curiosity, what device are you using? If we can get some more context, we can figure out how to better troubleshoot balenaDash together.
