Balena push SSL error

When running balena push ip_address to a Raspberry Pi on my network I get the error:

EPROTO: write EPROTO 25080:error:1408F10B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number:c:\ws\deps\openssl\openssl\ssl\record\ssl3_record.c:332:

I am working on Windows 10 and my balena version is 13.1.8. The command seems to work OK on Ubuntu on virtualbox running on the same machine, but just not on Windows. Am I missing a step to have it work on Windows? Thanks.

Starting the command window in administrator mode fixes the problem. I hope this helps someone out there having the same issue.
