Im looking at your balenafin board and seems yall left out all the holes to mount raspberry pi hats or am I missing something?

Welcome to the forum!
The balenafin has the same hat connector, so that it is compatible with the raspberry pi hats. If you are referring to the mounting holes, there should be three that are located in the same place as the raspberry for mounting hats (https://www.balena.io/static/top@2x-d67b0a44fd29943313f098afa5c35bbf.png).
One on the bottom right, one just left of the status leds and one to the right of the USB port (not the usb headers).

Thanks, so just with 3 out of 4 tied down, will cause the hat to be as stable as if 4 were tied down?
Yes, 3 should be enough for hats to be stable.
