Balena Device only showing up on one router

Hi, due to the time of year, we haven’t had the opportunity to reproduce this yet. If you can, we would appreciate your help in debugging this issue as testing a static IP would help us focus our debugging efforts. The instructions for doing this on a device are here https://www.balena.io/docs/reference/OS/network/2.x/#setting-a-static-ip and let us know if you have any issues with this.

If you don’t get a chance to try this, then we still plan to attempt to reproduce this and will update here with our results in due course.

Has this ever been resolved? Also having a NUC which does not come online. While 10 others do.

Hi, this has not been resolved. From what I can see in the internal communication more deeper investigation is not started yet. I created now a ticket for tracking this on GitHub: https://github.com/balena-os/balena-intel/issues/288
