Balena Dashboard pop-up unresponsive, obscuring important information

I regularly have a failed popup on the Dashboard that cannot be removed and contains nothing like the below.

Hello, Sorry you’re having issues. Please could you describe which what action you took before this pop up open (e.g which page, etc). Also, please could you confirm which OS you are using? Thank you.
