Hi there, I just got a used Balena Fin (CM3) with Raspbian OS installed. I am wondering how can I switch the account from the previous user to mine, since he didn’t provide his Balena account info? Thank you
Hi @Xia, I’d suggest the easy way forward: could you re-flash the Fin with balenaOS from your own application?
If there is no data that you would like to extract from the previous installation, formatting and starting from scratch would be the best method. If there is some data from the device that you’d like to preserve, you could still retrieve it before you re-flash. Then you will have the option to copy it into the device once you see the device under your own application.
