It’s frustrating to have to remember to copy the fleet or device ID before opening a support ticket, and then navigate elsewhere in the UI to enable support access. It’s especially annoying when you start filling out the form, only to lose all your progress if you leave to retrieve the UUID. It would be much more convenient if everything—like enabling support access and copying the relevant IDs—were surfaced and selectable directly within the support ticket form.
