Could you tell us more about your use case? Why/when do you need to move device between fleets? What makes these fleets different? What sort of data needs to be shared?
These sort of details (or anything else you can provide) can help us better understand what is the problem you are trying to solve, and perhaps offer alternatives. The ‘move’ feature was designed assuming that fleets are independent, which we believe is a fair assumption, however understanding possible exceptions may help us design possible extensions.
