power supply for the module
can I only supply the assembly via the 5V at connector HAT connector pinout pin 2,4 and 6/14 GND?

I’m not sure I fully understand your question, but there are several ways to power the balenaFin.
1- Through the barrel jack
2- Through the phoenix-type connector
3- Through pins 2 and 4 from the HAT connector (5V only)
