2 Raspberry Pis, both flashing green light. Dashboard says heartbeat only

Hi there.
I have seen this a couple of times - mainly at night when the application isn’t really doing anything. The Rpi starts to blink its green light 4 times and then constantly repeats that.
When the application is due to come back and do some activity, nothing happens (attached screen remains blank). A reboot resolves it.
Last night it happened again, I pulled the power and it was fine. Now, both of my RPi devices (a Zero WH and a 3B) both have blinking green lights, and on the dashboard, one says Online (heartbeat only) and one says offline. They’re both still running the application and pulling recent data, so they’re both still online, despite what the dashboard says.

Has anyone seen similar or know what the issue could be?

heartbeat onlyindicates that device is unable to connect to the balenaCloud VPN. This usually happen when, for example, a firewall is blocking VPN traffic.
I would suggest you to take a look to this section to check if one of these requirements is missing Network Setup on balenaOS 2.x - Balena Documentation
