and that’s the version I’m using.
In that case my assumption would be a bad SD card, or a corrupted image file. I would try to redownload the image and/or use a different SD card to see if that changes the situation.
I was having the same error and got things to work by turning off all of the options for Windows Defender on its Virus and threat protection services page.
