Is there a way to see when a user has last logged into their account? We are trying to clean up our organization by removing users that no longer need access or have not logged in, in 3 months.

Hi @cmorones15 , thanks for posting this question on the forums. Unfortunately, we don’t have a feature yet that allows for such user auditing. That said, we have a feature on our roadmap for “Dashboard Audit Logs” and one aspect of this will certainly be to indicate user activity, including last login. We’ll keep you posted—I was chatting with Garrett a couple weeks ago and mentioned that users are indicating a need more and more for this feature so it’s being elevated in our queue.
Hi Ryan,
Thank you for the follow up. This would be a great help to us and our user management. Looking forward to the updates.
Cheers

Any update on Dashboard Audit Logs?
@ronlevine we still haven’t implemented this feature. But i see other users upvoting similar features here https://feature-requests.balena.io/
Feel free to add your comments and feature requests, so our team can understand better your use case.
We are looking for user activity audit logs. We want to see when and what type of changes were made.
@mpous Any update on this? I have security and compliance tasks that I need to address by knowing when a user account was last used. This ought to be a simple request, you could even just add a column to the user listing page
Hello @keith-instore.ai first of all welcome to the balena community!
let me share this internally, but in the meantime it would be interesting to add this compliance task that you have in this feature request that other members shared. Do you think it makes sense for you to add more reasons there?
I have added a comment (and somehow typed “are” for “our”)
