Staring with balenaSound, trouble connecting to wifi - question about pass phrase

Hey all - so I just started using balenaSound tonight. I followed the tutorial, created a device, etc. Everything was going great until my Raspberry Pi (4, 8gb RAM) tried to connect to the wifi and failed. I verified my pass phrase in the micro SD card files per the troubleshooting docs. When I connect to the ethernet, the device appears on my dashboard (it’s updating as I’m typing this). So my question - are there any characters that are not permitted in a pass phrase? Asking because mine contains spaces, and I was wondering if that would be a problem. In the SD card settings file, the spaces weren’t escaped, and the phrase wasn’t in quotes, so I was curious if it would work.

Update: I got it to work! I can’t say I exactly “figured it out”, because I’m not sure what the problem was. After some amount of trial and error, and switching from a production to development installation, I managed to get the device on my wifi. I even managed to get my DAC hat configured and working properly. My back porch never sounded so good.
