I have been trying to use screenlyOSE on balena cloud . After ive successfully performed balena push, and got the unicorn image, i have been waiting for a really long time but screenly doesnt appear in my page. I tried to access my public URL and it gives off an error that “Device does not have registered vpn tunnel endpoint”
ive been following the tutorial from this link: https://www.balena.io/blog/deploy-free-digital-signage-software-screenly-ose/
Hey @karthika could you link to your device and enable support access please? I’d be happy to take a look to see where things are going wrong.
yaa sure. I have granted support access. my device is UUID ece11216efef4bd79b866c5e32b51487
Name of the device is “lingering-snow”
Name of the application is IAQM-csircsio.
My e-mail Id registered on the account is karthikavadivel29@gmail.com.
Thanq very much for offering to help. I hope to hear from you soon
When I try another method i.e, using gitclone to install screenly-ose i get the error,
ssh: connect to host git.balena-cloud.com port 22: Connection timed out
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
