Restart docker container from backup

Hello !

I had a wekan service on my server installed with docker compose. I had to reinstall my server, so i did a backup of the files in /var/lib/docker. Then i fully reinstalled everything. I’d like to know how I can restart my old containers from the /var/lib/docker folder.
