Online (Heartbeat only)


My service is connected to the internet and pushing data to the cloud. Balena supervisor on the other hand is not connecting for whatever reason. I need it to be able to reboot etc.

This status indicates that device is unable to connect to the cloudlink service (e.g. a firewall is blocking VPN traffic), and won’t be able to provide remote SSH connections. Could you please confirm how is your device connected to the Internet?
