Balena os says no modem detected after attaching modem , i am using quectel ec25-afx mini pcie with cm4. please help i have tried every thing.

Hi,

Quick sanity test: does the SIM register properly in your phone (or other device)?

If you need to enter a PIN to use your SIM, you probably haven’t configured your network interface to do so.
Try a command like mmcli -i 0 –-pin '<PIN_HERE>' and see if it connects then.
If it does, you can add the pin to your system-connection.

yes it is working in my mobile , there is no sim lock. but when i check signal strength it shows 0.
And then it says sim registration failed. Connection time out

Have you connected the correct antenna to your mini PCIe card?
A quick glance at the EC25 datasheet shows 3 connectors, probably a Main, GNSS and Aux/diversity.
You will need an antenna connected to the Main connector.
