Recently, I have been noticing that when I modify a device environment variable, it takes too long to restart the applications of the device and apply the new variable value (I am talking 3-5 minutes). Is this on purpose (to save network bandwidth or something?), and it can be configured somehow, or is it just some temporal issue?
