Honestly i did not fix the tunnel bug. I am using proxy tunnel inside the kubernetes environment in combination with https://www.bastillion.io/

Since currently bee season is keeping me busy i am not as responsive as if i would like to be. I would be happy to support you improve the kubernetes support and we can set up a hangout and just chat about about our current implementation without the risk of exposing secrets (api keys, entrypoints, …) publicly
