Welcome to the balena forums @lro, and thanks for your question. We run the forums in English, so I’ll answer in English here. Please post in English next time as well, it means more people can follow the thread and help.
That message is expected and your USB stick is fine. Etcher writes the Linux Mint image to the stick byte for byte, which leaves a partition layout macOS doesn’t recognise. Finder can’t mount it, so it offers to initialise the disk instead. Choose Ignore. Do not choose Initialise, because that would erase the image you just wrote.
Formatting the stick beforehand made no difference either. Etcher replaces the whole partition table, so whatever was on it before is gone.
The stick is meant to be booted, not opened in Finder. Hold the Option key while the iMac starts and pick the EFI Boot entry. If Mint doesn’t appear there, or the installer gives you trouble once it starts, the Linux Mint forums are the right place for that part.
If the flash itself fails, tell us the exact Etcher error and the Mint ISO you used, and we’ll look at it.
