Feature request balenaCloud: Add operator lock / flag

Hi,
A nice feature would be to have the option to “lock” a device, or set a flat, that one operator is currently working on it.
E.g. multiple devices are having issues, several operators start to investigate. It would be great to see, that someone else is already working on the device right now, so that the next operator can take of another device.
Also: a list of devices that I have currently flagged, so I can remember / unflag them when I’m done.

Thanks for the hint, I forgot that the Feature Request site exists :wink:
I just found a similar request from 2023 and upvoted it: Add the ability to lock fleets/devices from Balena Dashboard · Balena Feature Requests
