hey, guys, i have a question: what are ways of setting up e-mail notifications for when a device goes offline for instance? our devices are located on a private network so enabling the public URL doesn’t really work in this case
thanks a bunch.

Hi
This sounds like an interesting feature! We don’t have something like that now, but I have flagged internally for discussion, thanks!
For the moment, we have a SDK for buidling just this kind of a thing. Please see the GitHub for it here and the docs here.
Hi,
I was wondering if you have an update on this feature? It would be great to have this.
Thanks!
Hi, I know it’s been a while since there has been discussion in this thread, but we have since created the balena Roadmap which is a list of suggestions or ideas we are considering or working on (or users would like us to consider or work on). I believe the following suggestion is related to the requests in this thread, so I recommend going to it and voting for it if you haven’t yet and are still interested in this feature: Implement webhooks/notifications/a means to be alerted of changes · Balena Roadmap . Doing so lets us know this feature is desired and helps us gauge interest in it so that we can consider it when discussing features for the balenaCloud dashboard.
Also feel free to vote for any other suggestions on the site or to create your own if you don’t already see one for what you want
