Different UUID for each sensor connected in single application

Hi,
I have one GrovePi+ module and one Raspberry Pi 3. I am planning to connect four sensor with it but I need to differentiate all sensors by UUID, IP etc. Can it be possible.? Or can it be possible to create four different applications (one for each sensor) with single RPi 3.?

Hi, welcome onboard!

Can you explain in some more details what exactly are you trying to do? Will all sensors be connected at the same time? All sensors have their specific software running, or one piece of software accesses all 4 sensors?
The IP address belongs to the device, so there is one one address by the device in any case.
