This would enable us to rapidly evaluate the functionality and capabilities of the dashboard without needing to provision physical hardware.
We run a number of “devices” as VMs for internal testing and scaling. There are basic directions available here:
I’ve also had some luck running multiple devices on a cloud VM using QEMU, but I’m still playing around with that.

Virtual Devices/Fleets would not only be helpful for demoing the product to new customers… but also be useful for CI/CD pipelines to allow customers to test runtime elements of their project before pushing a release
