Dashboard shows my devices as offline, although the apps running in the container is working and sending data to the cloud

We are also experiencing the same issue, with our devices showing offline status but with the application sending data to the cloud.

Our device went offline on Monday and showed online for a few hours this morning. However it went off an hour ago or so.

It might be of use to point out that this particular device is using Resin OS 2.0.6+rev3 because of this:
