I Need a update !!! New Host OS version!!!

Hello @Ondevento could you please share what device type are you using?

Thanks

controllino

@Ondevento could you please share a screenshot of the balenaCloud dashboard with your device?

Thanks for sharing @Ondevento now i understand that you are using a Raspberry Pi 4 as the device type.

What OS and supervisor versions were you running before?

could you please confirm that there are no device variables needed to start the concentrator?

I don’t remember, maybe the 6.5.1+rev1

I expect this is an issue of the packet-forwarder application instead of balena @Ondevento

Is there anything in the helium forums to fix that?

I don’t know if it’s due to that. Helium firmware hasn’t changed, it’s just updated the OS and supervisor

could you please try to flash a new sd card with the previous balenaOS version?

Hello,

I don’t want to get in the middle of your discussion, but…
I have recently ran into problems when updating to balenaOS 6.5.x , seems like the OS is not detecting/initializing correctly GPIO.

Check out the sys/class/gpio between version balenaOS 6.4.x and balenaOS 6.5.x

Best
LS

I don’t know what to do

I would like to avoid… if possible, the hardware is installed on an antenna pole

What differences are there that I could change manually between version 6.4 and 6.5?

I can’t log in to the card, but I can only operate via Balena Cloud

i have flashed the sd with supervisor16.12.0 and balena os 6.3.23 .Now working… at the same i have other 3 hardware with the same problem. with 6.4 not work… anyione have a solution? the hardware not is simple to flash..
