Chrony with refclock

We would love a method to have full control over the chrony configuration used by the host OS.
But until then, perhaps this helps:

Extend config.json to support setting other chrony options than just server list

I went ahead with this suggestion and created a container which does exactly this: https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/nobleo/balena-chrony OS configuration is a path we don’t want to follow I get that, our use-case might be too far from the standard usage of balena. I think we’re good to go with this docker container, thanks for the suggestion
