can't flash new OS to system drive

Good morning,

I have a mini PC running Ubuntu. I am trying to use Etcher to flash Batocera to my system drive so that I can build a retro gaming emulation PC. When I try to flash the system drive, the drive is hidden in Etcher and I can’t select it. There is an orange triangle next to the drive name. I’m clearly missing something and I am hoping someone here can help me. I understand doing this will erase Ubuntu. I am not using this mini PC for anything anymore, so I want to repurpose it.

Hello,
You can’t flash the system drive while it is in use and running Etcher itself. You probably want to flash the downloaded image to a USB stick/flash drive using Etcher, and then boot the mini PC from that to flash the system drive.
