Cannot download balenaOS image from dashboard for specific build and version

Hi,

I am unable to download the BalenaOS for v2.27.0 version for a device of type SKX2, from the “Add a new device” section on the dashboard. The download link opens a new tab that times out with a 502 error.
I have no problem with other versions, and I cannot download that image from any other board.

Could you help me get this image so it can be flashed to new units?
