API outage - words of support

I’ve been closely following the resolution of the last API outage. I’m glad it got resolved, and wanted to thank the team for publishing a postmortem on the incident page.
Because there were no way to comment on the page itself, I figured I should make a post here instead.
Keep making those postmortems, as well as outage updates; they are appreciated by your customers.

Thanks for the encouragement, Erwan. We’ve had several internal discussions about improving our communication with our users after these incidents. I’m glad we were able to help shed some light on the situation, and that the communication was helpful. I’ve forwarded your feedback to the devops team.
