An up to date guide on how to setup Quectel EC25-E gsm module on Balena fin 1.1.1

Is there an up-to-date guide on how to set up this gsm module from scratch?
I found few guides online, but nothing worked so far.

tried qmicli and mmcli , got further with qmicli where it will connect for few seconds and disconnect right away.

Tried the tutorials from this links

@krasi-georgiev could you please confirm if defining a connection profile on /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/ solves this problem?
