Are there any issues associated with enabling the WDT (WatchDog Timer) on current versions running on the RaspberryPi (3 or Zero)?
Is there any specific recommendation regarding the timeout lenght?
I had one instance were a PI crashed (offline on the dashboard) after a really long (months) uptime. The activity LED was blinking in a pattern (5 short blinks). It worked ok after a power-cycle. Will the WDT help prevent similar failures?
