What is the difference between the balenaOS version 2.13.6 +rev2 from balenaOS Home webpage

and balena - variscite github repo which is 2.28.0 +Rev2 ?

Does somebody knows?

Hi @rlev

In the github repo there are versions as a result of constantly developing for these boards.

But the version that you see in the home page or the Balena dashboard are the versions that reached production.

For a version to reach production it needs to go to our test suite. So the versions that you see in github probably work fine but were not fully tested by us.
