Are there any errors besides the looping of the downloading log? Are you using deltas or regular updates?
I did a “purged data” and that seems to have stopped the downloading. but now that device is on the previous commit. not sure how I could force just that one device to update to latest commit.
Spoke too soon, I think it just updated itself to latest.
Out of my experience, that kind of behaviour typically is caused by poor internet connection. We have multiple devices deployed in public access WLANs, typically the devices manage to download the updates during the night when usage is smaller.
