I’m sorry, but I’m not sure I follow what you are trying to achieve. Could you please provide some more clarifications?
regarding application updates, in general, the customers do not need access to the balenaCloud dashboard. When you push a new release to the app, the devices should update to that automatically - unless they are pinned to a specific version/have update lock.
