Hi everyone, I’m running a few balena devices over mobile data instead of fixed broadband, and I’ve noticed that deployments and log syncing sometimes fail or get delayed, especially during peak hours. It feels like the connection drops just long enough to interrupt container updates or API calls.
While checking different options, I was comparing a few telenor call packages to see if certain mobile plans handle background data and voip traffic better, but I’m not sure if the issue is more about carrier behavior, nat, or how balena handles unstable links.
Has anyone else here experienced similar problems with devices running on cellular networks? Are there recommended settings, keep-alive strategies, or network tweaks to make balena deployments more reliable when you’re not on a wired connection?
