I am looking for a way to cast from YouTube Music to a set of non-smart speakers. All I’m seeing is support for Apple Airplay, but is it possible to cast from an Android device using an app l like YouTube Music? Or any other app with the little “cast” icon (i.e the same button that you’d use to cast a YouTube video to aTV)?
Hi Scott, welcome to the Forums! I do not believe there is native casting capability, but you could always set your audio to Bluetooth, then launch the YouTube music app, and it should indeed play via the balenaSound device and thus the speakers it is connected to. Let us know if you give it a try!
