Just heard back from them.
They won’t be providing me with the .dts file, so it seems I will have to include the .dtbo file manually.
For me personally it is not that terrible (assuming ota OS updates won’t delete it).
You can always try to convince them to include their devices on the BalenaCloud and contact them directly.
