Great list! I would like to add the below. I really enjoy building large electronic kits with lots of soldering, I’m interested to know if anyone else has anything along these lines too. I’ve built a OneTesla kit in the past but not tried any of the others (yet!).

I think it is time I step up to a Smart Toaster. I need to be able to control my toasting from my phone, and check in on it when I am not home, via the internet.
