Git push reports "An error occurred: ESOCKETTIMEDOUT"

We are seeing the following error one all our projects:

[Error] An error occurred: ESOCKETTIMEDOUT
[Error] Not deploying release.

remote: error: hook declined to update refs/heads/master
To git.balena-cloud.com:<user>/<project>.git
! [remote rejected] HEAD -> master (hook declined)
error: failed to push some refs to '<user>@git.balena-cloud.com:<user>/<project>.git'

According to status.balena.io everything seems to be ok.

Is this a known issue or did we break something in our user / projects?

Hi there,

The issue was just reported on the status page, we are currently experiencing problems with the builder servers and are handling the issue. I will let you know when everything is back to normal.

Hi @sradevski
I’m getting this error today quite frequently. Are there any issues?

Thanks

me too!

Did it work??

Hi folks, there was a Builder Outage last night that caused these errors…We’ll have some more info on http://status.balena.io as we post-mortem. In the meantime, if you try again, you should be able to deploy now. Thanks!
