How much power does each USB Port support or what is the combined total power?
Wanting to flash multiple CM3+ at a time and wondering how many (if any) can be powered via the etcherpro usb ports directly.
Hi Bart,
EtcherPro USB ports respect the USB3.0 specification standard. This means that each USB port can provide up to 4.5W (or 900mA under 5V).
As long as your CM3+ carrier board doesn’t add too much overheard on top of the CM3+ modules, you should be OK flashing them without needing external supply for your carrier boards.
