Devices get stuck when downloading a new release

I’m having issues — the devices aren’t downloading the new deploys; they get stuck in “updating” status. The deploy does complete to 100%, but the devices don’t download it.

These are my containers:

There are times when they do download, but it takes up to 2 hours to complete.

I don’t think it’s a network issue since I have a physical server and one on Google Cloud, and both have the same problem. Is it possible that self-signed certificates are causing these issues?

Hi @Pipol , am I right that you are attempting to deploy a new openBalena instance? Are you following the guide and getting stuck on a particular step? openBalena Getting Started Guide | Open Balena

I’m a bit confused on whether you have the openBalena server running and you’re having issues setting up a new device using that instance, or if you’re having trouble getting the openBalena server itself up and running.
